Creating Opportunities for Children to Grow
OSESE develops programs that combine Christian faith, sports, education, health awareness, and leadership development. Each program seeks to contribute to the spiritual, personal, social, and educational growth of children and young people in Haiti.
1. OSESE Soccer Club
Developing Christian Character Through Soccer
The OSESE Soccer Club uses soccer as a practical way to engage children, teach biblical principles, and encourage positive personal development.
Children participate in soccer activities that promote physical activity, teamwork, discipline, respect, perseverance, and sportsmanship. Biblical lessons and discussions provide opportunities to connect the values learned on the field with everyday life.
Our goal is not only to develop soccer skills but also to help children grow in character, build positive relationships, and learn how to work together.
Program activities may include:
Regular soccer practices and games.
Biblical lessons and Christian mentoring.
Teamwork and sportsmanship activities.
Character development and leadership opportunities.
Participation in friendly matches and sports events.
Our intended impact: To help children develop their soccer abilities while growing in faith, discipline, responsibility, and respect for others.
2. OSESE School and Scholarship Program
Opening Educational Opportunities for Children
OSESE believes that education can play an important role in helping children develop their abilities and prepare for the future.
Through our School and Scholarship Program, we seek to help children access educational opportunities and encourage them to continue learning. The program aims to connect eligible students with scholarships, educational assistance, and supportive partnerships, depending on available resources.
We recognize that financial and social challenges can make it difficult for some families to meet educational needs. By working with donors, schools, churches, and other partners, OSESE hopes to reduce barriers to education and help children pursue their educational goals.
Program activities may include:
Identifying educational needs among children and families.
Seeking scholarships and educational sponsorships.
Building partnerships with schools and education-focused organizations.
Supporting eligible students according to available funding and program criteria.
Encouraging school attendance, responsibility, and continued learning.
Following up with students and families when appropriate.
Our intended impact: To increase access to educational opportunities and help children develop the knowledge and skills they need to build a more promising future.
Scholarship support depends on available resources, eligibility criteria, and partnerships. OSESE does not guarantee scholarships to every applicant.

3. OSESE In-School Program (ISP)
Developing Future Leaders Through Sports and Education
OSESE's In-School Program brings sports, games, Christian values, and educational activities into school communities.
The program is designed to create meaningful opportunities for children to learn through participation, cooperation, and positive interaction. Sports can help children practice discipline, respect, teamwork, perseverance, and leadership while enjoying structured activities with their peers.
Depending on school needs, program design, and available resources, activities may include soccer, basketball, volleyball, educational games, biblical lessons, and other age-appropriate learning opportunities.
OSESE also seeks to develop partnerships that can introduce additional educational activities and innovative learning experiences into the school environment.
Program activities may include:
Sports sessions and organized games.
Biblical teaching and Christian character development.
Teamwork and leadership activities.
Educational enrichment and life-skills learning.
Collaboration with teachers, school leaders, volunteers, and partner organizations.
Our intended impact: To support children's development and encourage them to become responsible, confident, and service-minded future leaders.
4. OSESE Annual Foot Camp Program
Sports, Games, Fellowship, and Faith
The OSESE Annual Foot Camp brings children from our programs and surrounding communities together for an engaging experience centered on sports, games, Christian teaching, and character development.
The camp creates opportunities for children to build friendships, discover their abilities, practice teamwork, and learn important lessons about faith and responsible behavior.
Depending on the annual plan and available resources, the camp may include soccer, basketball, volleyball, group games, competitions, biblical lessons, and activities that encourage positive relationships.
Volunteers, coaches, and other supporters help create a welcoming environment where children can participate, learn, and enjoy meaningful activities.

Promoting Health Awareness and Well-Being
OSESE recognizes that children's development includes physical well-being, health awareness, and access to appropriate support.
Through our Health Program, we seek to encourage healthy practices and explore partnerships that can help address the health-related needs of children and families in the communities we serve.
Program activities may include health education, awareness sessions, referrals to appropriate services, and collaboration with qualified health professionals and community organizations, depending on available resources.
